| 内容記述 | In this paper the tendency of sports injuries and the problems relating to their prevention, treatment and rehabilitation were investigated and discussed using the insurance statistics for school accidents of this department. 1) Frequencies of sprain, contusion, fracture, wound, torn muscle, dislocation and injury of ligaments were high. Regions susceptible to sports injuries were tarsus, knee and waist. 2) The freguency distribution of periods for therapy was approximately the lognormal distribution (median=25 days). 44% of the cases were above 28 days. 3) Seven eighths of the injuries occurred in club activities. Among them, Rugby, apparatus gymnastics, field and track events, judo and soccer had high frequencies. 4) We investigated the monthly frequency and found the biphasic fluctuation , it had the peak values in April and October. 5) In order to accumulate information relating to the prevention and treatment of sports injuries and the rehabilitation to sports, we should modify the form of insurance for school accidents. | |||||
