| 内容記述 | We Japanese working men are on a five-day working week in these years, but most of them have a holiday every Sat. and Sun., However we can see a holiday of ordinary days, too. In this monograph we divided into two patterns of five-day working week ; a holiday every Sat. and Sun., a holiday of ordinary days, and researched the sports participation between these patterns. The results were as follows. (1) The proportion of sports participation of a holiday of ordinary days was slightly higher than a holiday every Sat. and Sun.. (2) The practical use of the vacation with full pay must be useful for the active sports participation in near future. (3) It is important to look for how to use the sports facilities in the aging society. | |||||
