| 内容記述 | 社会変化にともなって子どものあそびの環境も変化しており、現在のライフスタイルは子どもの健康および体力向上から見たとき好ましい状況であるとは言えないことが予測される。そこで、本研究では、住居環境の違いによって生活スタイルおよび日常行われている遊びの比較を通して、幼児の健康状態および運動能力について検討を行った。調査は質問紙法により実施した。調査対象は、安城市内にある幼稚園3園に通園している年長児の保護者とした。質問紙は、生活環境に関する質問、健康状態に関する質問、運動機能に関する質問、遊び仲間に関する質問で構成された。その結果、居住地域が市街地 (A群) に位置する幼児にとっては、住宅街 (B群) や郊外 (C群) に住む子どもと比較して有意に (P<0.01) 遊び難い環境であるということが明らかになった。健康状態については、「姿勢が悪い」においてA群が有意に (p<0.05) 劣ることが示された。体力面への影響では「自転車に乗れる」について、B群が有意に (p<0.05) 優れていた。したがって、遊びにくい環境は、こどもの活動的な遊びを減少させ、体力不足を引き起こし不健康な状態にする可能性がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to compare the play environment and health and exercise ability of a child in terms of the difference in living locale using a survey questionnaire. The parents whose5. or6. year-old child commuted were the subjects of the survey. The survey was conducted in a kindergarten located in a city area (A group), a residential section (B group), and in the country (C group). The questions were geared to the living environment, the child's health, exercise function, and friends. The main results were as follows : (1) The city area is a difficult environment for a child to play outside (p<0.01). (2) Postures are poor for children residing in a city area (p<0.05). (3) Subject in the B group can ride a bicycle the best in the three group (p<0.05). Therefore, an environment where it is difficult to play decreases the activity of the children, thus it may decrease the health and physical fitness of a child. | |||||
