内容記述 The purposes of this study were : (a) to describe the history of scientific researches about the triple jump ; (b) to obvious the contents of the research and the method of the research related the triple jump ; (c) to clear the research direction about the triple jump in the future. The research paperes that are international and national were referenced in this study respectively. The results obtanined from this study were as follows : 1. Simultaneous recordings of the action of the hip, knee, ankle, and big toe joints during the execution of the triple jump were measured by means of electrogoniometry. The degrees of angles at these joints were analyzed. It was found that there was sequential extension of the joints prior to the instant of take-off ; the hip began to extend first, followed by the knee and then the ankle. 2. The filmed records of the best jumps of Banks were analyzed at the 1985 TAC Championships. The distances for the hop, step, and jump phases of the analyzed the jump of the world record were obvious. The hop covered 35.1% of the total distance, the step 27.6%, and the jump 37.3%. 3. The apparent spring constants of the support leg in eccentric and concentric phases were investigated in the triple jump. In the triple jump take-offs of the spring constants for the concentric phase were 0.217 N/mm/kg in the hop, 0.107 N/mm/kg in the step, and 0.116 N/mm/kg in the jump 4. The essential conditions were estimated for an 18-m jump. It might be said that the 18-m jumper must gain great run-up velocity (10.7m/s) and exert forces during each supporting phas which are 3.6-4.4 times the body weight, resulting in a force-vector angle of about 101°at each take-off.
