| 内容記述 | The faculty of physical education, Chukyo University, had started new carriculum for female undergraduate students in 1992. With this change of curriculum, the unit for a dance lecture of one and half hours per week was decreased from four to 2. The decrease of unit required to reconsider the curriculum for dance lecture. In this study, the female undergraduate students, taken solo dancing lecture in the faculty of physical education at Chukyo University, were asked the theme of the work of solo dancing by questionnaire. The results showed that the preferable theme for female university students were living things and animals in the field of natural phenomenon, daily occurrence involved with sport activities in the field of living phenomenon, and perplexity, prayer, sadness, loneliness, and desire in the field of affection and thought. The evaluation of the work of their solo dancing showed the higher evaluation were given to the works which theme were selected in the fileds of natural and living phenomenon. These results suggest that the teaching on the selection of theme may be important for making new curriculum for dance lecuture better. | |||||
