| 内容記述 | On the basis of cumulative research on health-related behaviors the authors proposed a theoretical framework to explain changes in health-related behaviors. The following factors and characteristics were identified to have potential for affecting health-related behaviors ; (1) antecedent factor, (2) reinforcing factor, (3) predisposing factor, (4) characteristics of a behavior, (5) basic factor, (6) characteristics of an individual, and (7) characteristics of a society. Antecedent factor and reinforcing factor which are derived from the behavior model of behavior analysis are considered to give strong impacts on behaviors. Predisposing factor indicates the cognitive, affective and behavioral readiness of an individual to conduct a certain behavior. Predisposing factor and a health-related behavior are considered to affect each other. Basic factor indicates the basic ability of an individual which has some effects on predisposing factor. Furthermore, characteristics of a behavior, an individual and a society should be taken into account, when an intervention is introduced to change a health-related behavior. Basides, in the first part of the paper past research on the models of health-related behaviors was examined and the efficacy of these models was discussed. | |||||
