| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to compare the different aspects of physical fitness between Korea and Japan. Following five points are showed as important : 1) It was showed that Korea and Japan have each proper development processes of physical fitness. 2) In case of young people's physical fitness, it was useful to consider their height as one of the important physical fitness indices. 3) It is necessary to take account of different elements of way of life as influential factors in physical fitness. 4) It is important to pay close attention when one choose the sample size and measurement viewpoints in the case of international comparison of physical fitness. 5) It is necessary for us to continue this kind of research and to compare the physical fitness at any age levels. | |||||
