| 内容記述 | The coming Japanese aging society has many issues which should be dissolved in the near future, and one of them must be the cohesive relations of human beings. Because, the changing social structure means the changing of human being himself, and the cohesive relations of human beings is one of the biggest changes in the aging society. The changing cohesive relations of human beings in the aging society may possibly not be as radical, but it may effect the changing social structure, and the changing social structure may effect the changing human being himself. In this monograph, the author disscussed the problems of the labor economy in relation to the collapse of the young labor system, the gospel of efficiency to the harmony, the redevelopment of the middle and old age force, and how to be change the human combinations in the aging society. The human combinations are divided into two patterns. According to Dr. Takada, he pointed out that the human combinations are the homogeneous combination which is based on thought of the gregarious instinct. This desire enables the co-operation of the human being. Also, this desire is based on common features among the human beings and the heterogeneous combination which is based on the desire for seeking one's own superiority in relation to others. This desire leads to power and wealth. Also, this desire is based on the heterogeneous feature among human beings. In the philosophy of Dr. Takada, these two human combinations have the important position in the progress of society itself. The human instinct for the life and wishing for each other, leads to the homogeneous combination. Therefore, we can say that the homogeneous combination moves into the heterogeneous combination with the passage of time. As the result of Japan has progressed into the radical economical development after World War II, the working place took a serious view of the heterogeneous combination based on such words as the merit system and the gospel of efficiency. In view of this, civilization can't go back, and anyone else can't swim against the trend of the times. However, today, people want people. The balance problem between people and material is clear in the law of entropy. The second law of thermodynamic's entropy, has been used recently in the field of social sciences. Entropy means that if anything else were left unchanged, the matter will proceed to increase ultimately, and disintegrat the queue. This phenomenon is one of the laws of social phenomena. The specialization in the knowledge and technique can't be reversed, and exceed all controls. There is some fear that the integration can't keep abreast of the swift motion of the times. That is the reason why we place our hope on the human wisdom for the integration of the new order within the old world. The increase of the aged in the population pyramid gives the large impact for the human combination. The excessive merit system and the excessive competitive consciousness must be taken away from the place of humanity. This means the excessive heterogeneous must take the place of the homogeneous. | |||||
