| 内容記述 | The Land Agency in The Prime Minister's Office exhibited "The Third Multiple Purpose Land Development Plan" (1977) in order to make the idea of "good community" as an acceptable norm of Japan. This plan called the "Teijuken Koso" (The Settlement Sphere Plan"). Aichi Prefecture responded to this plan and presented "The Higashimikawa Settlement Sphere Plan" (1980) as one of her important administrative efforts. In this monograph, the author has described about the actual condition and the task of The Higashimikawa Settlement Sphere Plan from the sociological view point of sports and recreation. Some of the findings were as follows : (1) The actual condition The actual condition of sports and recreation in the area outlined by The Higashimikawa Settlement Sphere Plan which entails not accept is them as permanent residents. This is a problem of lack of service area. (2) The task To promote both sports nnd recreation in the settlement area and still satisfy the next three listed services. (i) The area service The permanent residents want to use the splendid sport and recreational facilities for a paticular time, such as games. However, they need facilities that are close for sport and recreational activities in their daily lives, housed in a permanent abode. (ii) The program service The administration must promote and help the permanent resident's need. This is the fundamental object of the program service. (iii) The consultant service The consultant service serves as a teaching and counselling is very important to promote the sport nnd recreation in The Higashimikawa Settlement Sphere Plan. | |||||
