内容記述 The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the amplitude of counter movement on height of rise of center of gravity (H), acting time of force (T), impulse (I), and average force (F), velocity (V), and power (P) in the contact phase of vertical jump. Three male graduate students were used as subjects in this study. Maximal vertical jump was performed on the force-platform with the arms kept in touch with the trunk. Each subject jumped from three different positions in both squatting jump (SJ), and counter movement jump (CMJ). In these two jumps, the subjects jumped with a change in the knee angle. The movement amplitude of knee joint during each jump was measured with an electrogoniometer attached to the lateral side of the subject's right knee joint. 16mm high-speed cinecamera was used to film the vertical jumping motion from subject's side at 50 f.p.s.. Electromyographic (EMG) activities was recorded by bipolar surface electrodes from mm. rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, biceps femoris, tribialis anterior and gastrocnemius from the subject's right leg. The results obtained from this study were as follows : l ) Subject Eno showed that a higher height was observed in CMJ than SJ. On the contrast, a higher height was obtained in SJ for subject Hig. For subject Oku, a higher height was given in SJ at a larger starting knee bending, however, a lower height was showed in SJ at a smaller knee bending. 2) In CMJ condition, H increased with an increase of the amplitude of counter movement or knee bending. Using knee angle of nearly 60 degrees, best performance was observed for all subjects. T, I and V increased with an increase of the magnitude of the counter movement. 3) SJ showed the synchronous EMG activities. CMJ, however, showed the temporal EMG activity pattern. In CMJ, a longer elapsed appearance of mm. gastrocnemius activity was observed with an increase of the magnitude of counter movement
