| 内容記述 | This paper shows sixteen design guidelines for a university library system in 21st century from the viewpoint of new information technologies. The fifth generation computer, Information Network System, mass information storage, electronic printing, computer translation and expert system technology are some of the newly developing information technologies. These new information technologies shall change our conventional university library into a completely different type of library in 21st century. The sixteen design guidelines give us the right direction for developing a new university library. | |||||
