Moreover, about 21% of non-participated wished to take part in any sport club. This indicates that the numbers of participation in sport club may be increasing in the near future, and the proper sport clubs for participation may be required. However, few fact-finding studies on sport club are presented. The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors prescribing the participators in sport club from the fact-finding study on sport clubs located in Aichi Prefecture. In this study, the clubs were divided into two groups ; good group (the rate of participation of members is above 80%) and poor group (the rate is under 40%). The results are compared with two groups by means of the statistics (chi-square test). The results were summarized as follows ; 1) Sport events adopted in good group were popular sports in Japan. 2) In good group, the members were restricted to the person who live in the same neighborhood where the club located. However, most of poor group belong to a company, and the members were restricted to the worker of this company. 3) The club dues and operational expenses in good group are higher than in poor group. 4) In good group the frequency of practice is one to two days per week and in poor group it is one to three days per week.
