 note = {行動は哲学に支えられており, スポーツは人間に働きかけて人間および社会を変革する。ここで「変革」という場合, それはスポーツの社会的機能を指しており, 正機能と逆機能を含んでいる。すなわち, スポーツは人間に働きかけて良くも悪くも人間および社会を変革し得るのである。スポーツの社会的機能の一つの領域が, 社会的性格に及ぼす問題である。本稿では, 社会的性格に及ぼすスポーツの機能を実証的に研究する際の理論的背景を論じた。その際, スポーツ (集団) に参加することによって, 成員の基本的パーソナリティがどのように影響されるか, が問題となる。この点に関してスポーツマン的行動が, 文化や集団の影響および社会心理学的な領域の側面から考察の対象となる。こうした観点から, 次の諸点が明らかにきれた。(1) スポーツマン的行動の社会学的側面を全体的に把握しようとする場合, 行動に働く社会学的要因に注意を払うべきである。(2) スポーツ集団の社会的性格は, 個々の成員のパーソナリティの総和ではなく. 集団の機能との関係で考察の対象ときれければならない。(3) スポーツ集団の社会的性格の構造と機能について, 構造の構成要素および種々の次元での機能を相互補完的にとらえること。(4) スポーツ集団の社会的性格の形成と変容は, スポーツ集団の課題遂行機能と集団維持機能の遂行と直接関係しており, とくに後者からのアプローチが主題となる。(5) スポーツ集団の社会的性格の測定は, 集団維持機能と集団の基本的パーソナリティに向けられる。, The action is supported by the philosophy, and sport can be changed man and society through work upon a human being. At this time, the meaning of "change" indicate the social functions of sport which is including normal-function and dys-function. Namely, sport can be functioned rightly or badly. One of the social functions of sport is the potential of sport for social character. In this monograph, the present writer argued the theoretical bdckground the time when it is studied positively. At that time, the main question is that how the basic personality of the member can be affected by take part in sport (group). On this subject, the action of sportman must be viewed from the influence of culture and group or the sphere of social psychology. From these points, some findings are as follows. (1) The primary sociological factors are very important key for the whole grasp of the sociological action of sportman. (2) The social character of sport group is not the sum total of member's individual personality, but is considered in connected with functions of sport group. (3) The structure and function of social character in sport group is studied by make clear the structural factors and the functions in various diemensions mutually within sport group. (4) The formation and change of social character in sport group have an immediate connection with the task-performance function and group-meintenance function in sport group, and our principal subject is based upon the later one. (5) The measurement of social character in sport group is proceeded to two parts; one is the group-meintenance function and the other is the basic personality of sport group., 7, KJ00004190076},
